
Hector Sedobel José de Vasconcelos Motatano holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering and a Master's degree in Rural Development in the Eduardo Mondlane University. Has more than 04 years of experience implementing social projects, at community level, and 02 years managing development projects, with emphasis on assisting and strengthening the socio-economic conditions of vulnerable communities through implementation of small income generation initiatives, such as savings and loans, technical support in the agricultural component and distribution of agricultural inputs, training of association members in business management, support in planning activities. Has experience in working with partners. Worked for over 5 years with 5 implementation partners, among state organizations and civil society, supporting them in the process of planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of project activities, as well as carrying out community consultations. In coordination with the government, established child protection community committees to assist vulnerable families; A coordination system based on a development approach, centered on the local actor.
