Khelvon de Araújo is Senior Community Liaison and Stakeholder Strategic Relations Officer Professional with 9 years of experience working with governmental stakeholders and leadership, local and international development agencies, within cities and rural areas. He started his career during the graduation period working for the University Eduardo Mondlane supporting a research group within the department of Sociology. Between 2011-2012, he worked for a private consultancy company where expertise on social research, technical planning, fieldwork coordination, team management was developed. Between 2013 and 2019 worked at National Institute of Health of Mozambique - CISPOC at Ministry of Health as Social Scientist, Senior Community Liaison and Strategic Stakeholder Relations.Officer. In general, his knowledge and expertise are applicable to promote social engagement through multiple vectors such as strategic planning, community mobilization and involvement for development, Liaison management with communities, Crisis & Conflict management, with local and national authorities, traditional leaders, community-based organizations, NGOs and other stakeholders, Coordination of community events: Health Fairs, Lectures, International Health days and Health Campaigns and more. During the last years experiences dealing with multiple projects simultaneously he has demonstrated the capacity to be involved in numerous projects simultaneously, manage different teams, with serenity without jeopardize any project.
