
Master in Sociology of Development, graduated in Political History and Public Management and Diploma in Social Communication (Public Relations). I have more than 10 years as Communication, Marketing and Advocacy Expert in Humanitarian and Development Projects. I have experience in emergency preparedness and response, having participated in three emergencies, El Nino Response in 2016, IDAI Response in 2019 and COVID-19 in 2020. I have worked as a specialist in Social and Behaviour Change, Community Engagement, Advocacy and Communication for projects on Malaria, HIV/AIDS, Sexual and Reproductive Health, WASH, Gender and Disability. I am dynamic, proactive, honest and selfless with excellent communication and interpersonal relationships. I have experience working with international organizations and a multicultural environment, recently I worked for the International Organization for Migration (IOM) as Communication Consultant, Swiss Embassy as a Media and Communication Consultant, for Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO) as the Business Management Officer (Volunteer) Oxfam Novib as WASH Officer (Public Health Promotion Officer) IDAI Response and for Malaria Consortium as Knowledge and Communication Specialist. In all these projects were a lot of activities of project management (including needs assessments, proposal development, participatory monitoring and evaluation, reporting, and strategic planning); communication planning; social media, blogs and websites; with community work, stakeholder analyses, project management, team building and gender adviser. I have experience supporting Mozambique Government through several public institutions: Ministry of Education (MINEDH), MOPHRH, INGD and Ministry of Health (MISAU). I am also familiar of working with several donors funding like: DFID, DANIDA, Irish Aid, USAID, BMGF, UNFPA and UNICEF.
