It is my goal to secure a position with your reputable organization where I can put my education, training, and skills to good use and this job would be the perfect opportunity to accomplish that objective, I earned certificate at a vocational training college which is equivalent to a national diploma Automotive engineering, but since entering in M&E area I then applied for to study BA in community development which has M&E component and looking forward to continuing to practice what I am studying. I have extensive knowledge of MS Office programs, data collection, quality assurance, processing, and statical analysis. My experience includes monitoring projects, conducting evaluations, training new staff (data collection tools), designing monitoring tools ( Commcare, Kobo collect, etc), and coordinating with staff and different departments handling all different projects I have worked as data collected for World Vision, which had various components ( Education, WASH, Livelihood, Malaria projects) to ensure all phases of the plan are going according to schedule. I have also worked closely and supported M&E team in creating new proposals for projects, preparing reports (quarterly, annually, PDM, etc) My personal skills include multi-tasking, staying organized as possible, and adjusting to different work conditions, Am an eloquent speaker and able to communicate and convey information clearly, and well presented. I am also dependable, organized, and observant with the ability to pay attention to details, I have an influential personality and am a very fast learner.
