Summary
Gervasio Mavengue is a senior energy advisor. I have been providing technical advice to GIZ since2017, where I initially led the monitoring and evaluation team of the Energy monitoring department (EMD) which monitors the Energising Development (EnDev) and Green People's Energy for Africa (GBE) programmes of the GIZ Energy Cluster. In 2019 I started coordination activities of the Results based financing (RBF) fund called Fund for sustainable access to renewable energy in Mozambique (FASER).
