I am an Electronic Engineer with more than 4 years of experience mainly in Facility Maintenance Management, Energy Management systems, Occupational Health and Safety, Project Management and Energy Efficiency. I work at TDGI, LDA as Contract and Maintenance Manager. I am responsible Managing Facilities Maintenance and Projects. This role demands a high level of responsibility and strong awareness in the following areas: Leadership Leading a team of more than fifteen technicians is challenging and demands a high level of responsibility to ensure the achievement of setting goals. Duri these years I have developed strong abilities which enable me to ensure the awareness of the team regarding the tasks and maintain their motivation. HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) Safety is at the top of my priorities at work, that’s why, before any activity takes place, I lead my team on promoting toolbox talk to ensure everybody awareness regarding the hazards and risks associated with the activities and control measures to be applied to reduce the likelihood of accidents occurrence. In addition to these activities, I apply risk management in every task that demands it to ensure that the activities or projects are finished on time and with ze accident. Communication Communication is one of the most important skills for a leader, it is the key for better team collaboration, maintaining team morale, productivity, engagement and satisfaction. During the last four years I developed good communication skills which allowed me to have good results in my tasks and whenever any member of the team shows difficulties at something related to the task, i alw approach and support until I make sure that we are both on the same page and have the same view of the task.
