I have been working in Cabo Province since 2015 (10 years) at ama- Envioromental Associations, implementing project on the follow districts: Montepuez, Mocimboa da Praia, Palma, Ancuabe, Balama, Namuno, Mecufi, Quissanga, Chiure, Ancuabe, i have experience in the follow areas: *Natural Resources Management; *Biodiversity Conservation; *Advocacy and Influency; *Peace Building and Conflict Resolution arising from the Natural Resources exploitation and Advocacy; *Project Monitoring and Accountability; *Livelhoods Restourations; *Agriculture and Market Access; *Stakeholder Engagement; *Grants Management; *OCB's Establishments (Associations, Natural Resources Management Commitees); * Extractive Industries incomes Monitoring ( Mining and Oil and Gas) in Cabo Delgado Province; * Fund Rising (Speed Project at Nampula, UN Projects, community Empowerment projects); *Ressetllement and Land access; I have a high sense of responsibility in my tasks, the ability to establish relationships with partners. I know the socio-political context of Cabo Delgado and the work with the government at the provincial level and in the districts. I am focused on seeking results for the success of the projects that are under my responsibility (coordination). During my working time, I use the organizational vehicle and have high experience in defensive driving.
