Summary
Currently Josue is the Provincial Program Manager for USAID LOGOS project in Zambezia. Josué was the Opportunities for Youth Employment (OYE) program Manager in Cabo Delgado province. A €9M program funded by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands aimed at creating job and employment opportunities for youth. Before, Josue worked as the Program Development Officer for DAI Global LLC in the USAID - OTI funded program called Mozambique Community Resilience Program (MCRP). Josué is well connected with both private and government stakeholders. He has developed good connections with different stakeholders in Cabo Delgado, Nampula and Zambezia. Fluent in both English and Portuguese.
