I have graduation in Agronomy - Crop Science, by Eduardo Mondlane University - 1999 - UEM; and Bachelor Degree in Law - LBB, in 2019, through Mozambique Catholic University - UCM. I am work in the Rural and Economic Growth Development, for more than 22 years progressively, where 18 years, managing programme portfolio s funded by IFAD in Mozambique (Cabo Delgado, Niassa, Nampula, Zambézia, and recently in Maputo, Gaza and Inhambane Provincies); to develop opportunities of the Rural Entrepreneurs Financing. I have vast experience in Project Management, Rrural Development community mobilization with particular focus on Management performance, Resettlement, Engagement with interested parts, Social impact evaluation, Human Rights, Livelihoods, Clients collaboration, Clients presentations, Marketing, Safeguarding the interests, rights, and well-being of children; Project management, Inclusive Economic Growth & Development, Environment & Infrastructure, Governance, Human Development, Value Chain Analysis, Commodities and Markets analysis, Price analysis, Agricultural Strategic Planning, Finance Management; Monitoring, Evaluations and Knowledge Management, Budgeting, Facilitation and training, Report writing skills.
