A chartered engineer by Mozambican Engineers Chamber “OrdEM” with more than 7 years of work experience in procurement and contracts management in which had great exposure in major Oil and Gas projects and other EPCE projects; specialized in sourcing and expediting logistics up to material/equipment delivery. Has proven record of experience in ITB, preparing, sending, receiving and evaluating proposals and all tender process. Has strong engineering skills in areas such as but not limited to: quantity surveying; cost estimation; and project management, knowing all life cycle of a project; goal oriented, communicative and a good team player.
