To whom it may concern, I have excellent experience in office administrative duties, as well as customer care, procurement and logistics. I have worked with a couple of international entities, which enabled me to work well in multicultural work environments. I am a very creative and attentive individual, capable in prioritizing work in terms of urgency and importance. I am very active and capable of multitasking, as I am very driven and thrive to succeed and achieve the end goal when it comes to tasks completion. I am very hard working, capable of handling high responsibility and accountability. A good example of my hard work would be in the two past institutions for which I have worked, where I was in charge of: • Coordinating international ordering of building materials for the construction to an embassy in Maputo; • Coordinating transportation, clearing and delivery of the materials from South Africa to the embassy building site; • Performing my secretarial duties, as well as participating in meetings with the CEO, drafting minutes and all other secretarial related duties; • Managing an office in Maputo, reporting back to the Head office in South Africa; • Reporting anomalies and suggesting improvements; • Ordering of aircraft spares of high values and unique specifications; • In charge of all the shipping procedures, from ordering to clearing arrangements with the brokers, to checking documents, producing invoices; • Daily recording of activities and reporting back to the parties involved in the process; • Daily use of media and portals on the internet in a good example would be the DHL shipping portal as well as tracking services of multiple carries; • Constant communication and interaction with various people at various levels;
