2 years working in the field of social mobilization and preparation, on a voluntary basis, in community youth organizations affiliated with ROADS and ARO Juvenil, which promoted environmental sanitation actions, and also works for FAMOD a local organization that helps people living with disabilities in Niassa. experiences and motivations : - My genuine passion to participate and contribute to the transformation of people's lives through the implementation of community development projects based on social engagement and accountability, Co-founder of Afro-solution a young international NPO for the development of education in Southern Africa. - Successful experience in applying the community engagement and accountability (CEA) tools in the youth organizations where I worked at the City and District level of Nampula and Lichinga - Experience in working with international organizations such as: UN (virtual), Sinohydro Corporation, Afro solutions, and because of my hard work for social equity I was chosen to participate in the Young African Leaders’ Initiative Regional Leadership Center Southern Africa Programme in Pretoria, South Africa, here I received training on Gender and GBV issues.
