Summary
Treat Water for brewing at CDM-Marracuene since its arrival from Borehole to brewing process, I also control the dosing of all chemicals and assess the water parameters to see if they are accordingly or not. Calibrates, operates and maintains equipment for optimal performance, prepared reports and summaries to interpret test results.
