Summary
Educated and trained at one of the best mining institutions in Southern Africa, Zimbabwe School Of Mines. Completed one attachment as mining technician at one of the biggest chrome producers Zimasco. 8 years experience in Mozambique mining industry as both junior and senior Mining Engineer, Trainee Field Engineer, Mining Constant, Rock Strata Control Officer. My work includes formulation and implementation of company polices as required by the owner, training of employees, Safety, health and environment, equipment selection and promoting good work ethics. Recently as Operations Manager, I managed to organize all departments which were in shumbles for better coordination of all departmental actives in order meet monthly target of 5100 operational hours for 11 big haulage trucks and among other targets. Like any other company I worked for I managed to train both operators, supervisors and other employees on how to report and write technical reports in mining terms. My great strength is my ability to work under tremendous pressure.
