Resumo

Wilder Manejo (CIPP & CISM) is a degree in Economics & Management from Catholic University of Mozambique, with more than eleven years’ experience in senior positions amongst Human Resources Management and Procurement Functions. During his professional career, Wilder Manejo coordinated the implementation of human resources and administration activities which included: ensuring effective compliance to internal policy & Procedures; Talent acquisition, Training and Management; Performance Management; Employee Recording and database; Compensation & Benefits Management; Industrial Relations; legally advise line managers and employees; ensure that performance evaluations are conducted timeously and according to company global process; ensure discipline and attendance of the employees; promote communication between management and staff, as well as ensuring the interests of both parties are safeguarded. Within Procurement, as PPM Wilder managed the budgeting process (1YP and 3YP) for Mozambique, Swaziland, Botswana and Lesotho, monthly T&M processes across VILC and Indirect, monthly LE calculations for VILC and Indirect (ZBB and CAPEX), monthly synergy reporting, commodities, FX exposure, procurement tools management, Weighted Average Payment Terms, and E-auctions. As Mozambique Directs Implementation Lead, was a single point of contact towards the internal customer for procurement related questions, managed local purchasing requests in collaboration with the sourcing and category management organisation and guaranteed efficient contracts implementation and acceptance related to all in country sites. As Country procurement Manager, managed the country sourcing strategy and, was responsible for the full range of procurement and contracting activities including tender management, negotiation, preparation, and implementation of contracts.
