More than 10-year experience with INGO and international companies/ consultants in the field of security management with focus on physical security and program security. Social and Development professional of having more than 5 years’ professional working experience in non-for profit and humanitarian aid agencies with expertise in program core competences included program development and support, Community Development, emergency relief and early recovery programs, coordination, project implementation, data analysis and project reporting. Experience in social mobilization and community development in flood affected, conflict affected community during emergency phase and post emergency segments. Ability to work independently, as team member in remote areas with mobility in extensive travelling to project areas Ability to build a team, strongly communicate the desirable input, progress and out with categorically connecting team efforts and result base efforts. Effectively analyze various standards of security operation programs; perform risk assessments to manage implementation of safe environment in the organization for both visitors and employees.
