Resumo
I have over 16 years of experience in senior leadership positions and in my last role I worked as Finance Director at Manhiça Research and Health Center. I worked as the Financial, Administrative and HR Director for the Wildlife Conservation Society, supporting the administrative and financial area in the Niassa Special Reserve. I worked as Regional Finance Manager for ADPP Mozambique, implementing the Malaria Elimination Initiative in the Southern Africa region, where I oversaw eight countries: Mozambique, South Africa, Swaziland, Zimbabwe, Botswana and Zambia. I worked as Director of Administration and Finance for Pathfinder International - SCIP project under USAID funding and worked for International Relief and Development as Senior Finance Manager (IRD), SCIP project under USAID funding. I also worked as an External Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers where I was part of teams responsible for audits of several NGOs, service companies, industrial companies, construction companies, government institutions and educational institutions. Affiliated member of OCAM, Ordem dos Contabilistas e Auditores de Moçambique. Work experience includes involvement in the business development sector, NGOs and auditing firm. Demonstrates clearly in-depth experience in managing and monitoring the organizational financial system.
