Resumo
I am an electrical engineer with an MBA in project management that have been working for in the oil and gas industry and large experience in permitting activities. From permitting activities several skills were developed from negotiation, stakeholder management, project management, research, government relations, others. I have obtained several complex licenses related to oil and gas industry (From the National Petroleum Institute) and construction activities, from these licenses some where required to obtain the Final Investment Decision which is a critical point for the project.
