Resumo
I have ability to Admin. support an entire busy workplace and able to collaborate with coworkers, managers and HQs regularly, throughout UN duties as Personnel, Admin. & Finance Assistant. I believe to have the desired specific skills to make and Humanitarian International NGOs Mission and Vision real in Mozambique. I trust, based on my secretarial, administrative, human resources, organizational, time-management, attention to details, that makes me able to coordinate community projects. I have done field-site visits on implemented project monitoring, evaluation and reporting working with the Embassy of Japan. Accomplished tasks of community social assistant have been trained to act as Program Coordinator (Human Security Grassroots Projects), requiring my strong organizational skills to run many tasks relating to supporting and implementation of Japan’s funds. I grew up in the Christian religion, I was a catechist of children and young people, I taught adult literacy classes (Alphabetizierungskurse). Working with the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, United Nations and the Embassy of Japan, has made me to appreciate the value of cooperation, economic-cooperation, both local and international, to understand its team environment, ability to work as a team member with different groups of entities, cooperation partners, projects rules and regulations and selection for illegible project funding, understand international principles of Humanitarian, NGOs, the United Nations, Donors Groups the EU and WB, Ministries-Government, learned the ability to continuous improvement, ability to prioritize, to plan ahead, manage complex budget lines in high workload with short deadlines, office teamwork, critical thinking, elaboration of press-releases, reports, 15 years writing minutes of joint political dialogues between Gov. of Japan and Mozambique. Received various high level missions from Japan: 2014 Visit of Prime-Minister Shinzo Abe, 2017 TICAD V Conference in Maputo.
