Resumo
I am 31 years old,married with a daughter. I was born and raised in Eswatini. I studied Business IT and obtained an Advanced Diploma. I wanted to further my studies to obtain my degree in Business IT but then moved to Mozambique and in 2014 i started working at now Lenmed Maputo Private Hospital as a credit controller until to-date. As a credit controller we do a lot of administration work,i collect money as per each credit controller is asigned to medical aids and companies that have a contract with the hospital to attend to its employees. I am responsible for submitting the invoices and collecting payment at the end of the month. I constantly have to follow up with all queries and outstanding payments and also adhere to all queries from the medical aids. I am also responsible for the private patients reimbersments,making sure that all documents required to fulfil patients request for their reimbersment is in order then handover their process to the accounts department to then get authorization from our management to then process the reimbersments accordinlgy. I respond to my CFO. I am also a very good team player which is very important. I am proactive,responsible,reliable,honest,punctual,i love learning,very attentive,assertive and humble. I also believe that respect is very important at home and in our working enviroment because thats our 2 nd home. I am always on top of my work,i dont leave things for the last moment,i always have my work up-to-date. I am easy to get along with and i am very professional. Apart from work i love spending time with my family,cooking,traveling and reading.
