Resumo
I am a responsible person with a good academic background, with a master's degree in business management. I worked as National Logistics, Operations and Procurement Manager at Humanity & Inclusion, a humanitarian organization based in Maputo with bases in north and center. As a manager I had responsibility for strategic procurement, infrastructure management, fleet management, procurement management, performing expertise in the South Africa market, the distribution chain for aids for people with disabilities, fuel management, stock and warehouse management, maintaining and improving standards of cleanliness and maintenance across all facilities, project management and supervision of external contractor services and construction of new infrastructure, monitoring, management, investigation and reporting on vehicle trackers. I also worked as Northern Regional Manager based in Nacala-Porto, where I ensured exceptional service for corporate clients, managing the export and import of goods in international transit (road, rail, air and sea), inbound logistics and delivery timelines in the SADC region with a good ability to negotiate favorable terms and costs of goods. Cargo and chartering, forensics, superintendence and warehousing, working specifically on formulating the branch's strategies for all commercial aspects, ensuring its sustainability for growth, maintaining the consolidation of old clients and winning new ones in accordance with the strategy defined by the company. I role purchasing orders and inventory management raising PO and PR, delivering goods and services timely GRNs for suppliers; Develop operational solutions by studying, observing and discussing operations with other area leaders to improve efficiency and profitability. I acted as operations, commercial, sales and export manager for Jacaranda Monapo Agriculture preparing shipping documentation (packing lists, commercial invoices, certificates, PR & PO) for international export and import cargoes.
