Resumo
Aquaculture sustainable and Conservation of Natural Resources from Eduardo Mondlane University (UEM), advanced computer skills (Data Management) use of knowledge in GIS, Args, SPSS, R, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Internet. Professional experience in fieldwork, Community activist. Skills in conducting descriptive proposals, progress and management of research projects, in order to conduct different types of projects using different methodologies. In recent years I have been involved in projects to support communities in the introduction and maintenance of sustainable systems for the use and management of natural resources, especially mangroves and tropical forests, including abundant species in coastal and inland districts with the integration of IT systems for project management. . During this period, I developed community support activities in sustainable marine and environmental management practices, support in the creation and legalization of community structures for natural resource management (NRM), establishment and management of nurseries for the production of mangrove seedlings and species tropical forests, reforestation of species, introduction of alternative means of subsistence to natural resources and resistant to climate change and inclusion of local content on environmental education in primary schools. I participated in the preparation of project development proposals, policies, standards and guidelines for monitoring and evaluation, supervision and decision-making for quality assurance projects in the areas of Natural Resources (Forests and Mangroves), Education, Agriculture and Advocacy promoting Public-Public Partnerships. Private, facilitating training initiatives, creating networks, supporting the training of communities, civil society organizations and SMEs.
