Resumo
Manuel Cossa has relevant experience developing socioeconomic studies with strong component of Monitoring and Evaluation process. He accumulated more than ten years of experience implementing social development projects mostly in rural areas in all provinces of Mozambique. As social researcher he acquired relevant qualifications as Project Manager, Fieldwork Coordinator and data collection process Coordinator and Supervisor. Lead surveys (financial control, stablish communications with clients, Implementation Partners (IP) and other relevant stakeholders), training and lead field teams, design fieldwork strategies, protocols and other survey instruments such as fieldwork manuals. Ensure quality control of the data, write progress reports, conduct key informant interviews (KII) and focus group discussions are other key responsibilities worth to be added.
