Resumo
Oil and Gas Specialist with over 17 years of experience in managing Oil, Gas, LNG and extractive industry studies. His exposure ranged from pure technical analysis in both management and economics fields, to management of large multi-talented teams. He is a dedicated professional, goal driven, with high and flexible capabilities to adapt and committed towards the development and growth of the organization he works for. He also managed all processes and projects, including (i) design or TOR; (ii) participate on all phase of procurement; (iii) leading the evaluation of proposals; (iv) monitoring and evaluation of implementation of contracts and knowledge transfer; (v) quality management, (vi) institutional improvement and development; (vii) organizational sustainability; and (viii) systematization and dissemination of lessons learned, including policy studies and advocacy.
