I am senior adviser and researcher in Security Sector Reform with extensive field experience in Defence Reform, Demobilization, Disarmament and Reintegration with six years’ experience as officer in the Military. I have extensive experience in the field of Crime and Security with extensive experience in assessing, reviewing and researching organized crime and devising strategies for strengthening Law Enforcement Agencies including Police, the prosecutions I am field Researcher with Extensive experience in Conflict Resolution and Conflict Transformation with specific interest in community capacity building for enhanced approaches for local mechanisms of conflict transformation and resolution. I’m also experienced in motivating and engaging ex-combatants and communities for peace building in post-war communities. I am Educationalist with extensive experience in course design, material design and experienced trainer, translator and interpreter in Portuguese-English-Spanish. I have basic knowledge of French, Arabic and fluent in Tonga (mother tongue) and Guinea-Bissau Creole.
