Resumo

I am a mid career professional currently working in the higher education sector. I do have an academic background in international relations and diplomacy (Bachelor), political science and governance (Master). I do also have public policies competences, good writing and oral communication skills both in English and Portuguese. Professionally, since 2011 I have been working in Zambeze University. During this period I gathered relevant experiences as follows: 2018/present - Institutional Development Adviser. Main Experiences: elaboration of operational strategic plan; secretary of institutional evaluation and quality assurance commission; 2014-2018 - International Affairs Director. Main experience: Elaboration of the Terms of Reference of the International Relations Office; Elaboration of the Cooperation and Internationalization Policy. 2011-2014 - Assistant at Rector's Office. Main experiences: Articulate the effective functioning of the collegiate bodies of the university; Secretary of the collegiate bodies of the university The academic background and working experiences, in addition with the strong communications abilities and group leadership skills I have, give me the needed background for this position.
