
My name is Nelson da Esperança Maquile and I was born in Mozambique. I have a degree in Communication Sciences – Journalism and Public Relations and currently holding, the position of Provincial Governor Advisor in Niassa Province in Communication, Press and Image area. I have 13 years of experience as an employee of the Government of Mozambique and 3 years as Provincial Governor Advisor in Niassa Province, whose main tasks are to advise, support and provide technical and institutional advice to the Provincial Governor, the Provincial Governor's Office and the 11 Provincial Directorates that make up the Provincial Executive Council (CEP-Niassa), on issues relating to Social Communication Policies and Strategies (Journalism, Public Relations, Corporate Affairs, Advertising and Marketing), with the aim of facilitating the dissemination, promotion and visibility of CEP-Niassa's achievements through Tradicional and Digital Media, both on the Broadcast, Internet and on Social Networks. As well, my work is based in the main national policies and strategies that guide economic and social development, which focuses on the three Priorities and the three Pillars of the government cycle, namely, priorities: i) Developing Human Capital and Social Justice; ii) Boost Economic Growth, Productivity and Employment Generation; and iii) Strengthen the Sustainable Management of Natural Resources and the Environment. Pillars: i) Strengthen Democracy, Reconciliation and Preserve National Unity and Cohesion; ii) Promote good governance and decentralization; and iii) Strengthen International Cooperation.
