Resumo
I was promoted from assistant to Team Leader within his first 6 months of work. Between 2016 and 2018, I led and train 90% of those hired at Uni-Span for Scaffold Vision Department. As a scaffolding inspector at the MCC - Mozambique LNG Project, I led other team works and won other titles as like Steel Structures Foreman, and I was also elected as secretary of the workers' union council Articulation of professional (experienced) speech skills in Portuguese and English.
