Subject – Admin and Finance Manager I am writing in response to your advertisement, through which you announce the existence of a vacancy for the aforementioned position. I have a Bachelor on accounting, with more than 20 years in the management of projects and programs for several national and international organizations in Mozambique. From the total years of experience above mentioned, 10 years’ experience in NGO’s managing funds from different donors including UN agencies, Embassies of Sweden (AGIR program), Netherlands, European Union, NORAD, Global Affairs Canada, etc. Thus, I have knowledge on the planning and reporting mechanisms with all these donors. In all these capacities, my role also included audit, internal controller, preparation of plans and interim/progress and final financial reports both in English and in Portuguese to main project stakeholders, including donors. In short, my assets comprise operational and strategic planning, reporting (in both English and Portuguese) and accountability, capacity building to civil society organizations, Human Resources and organizational development.
