1. Project Delivery (30%) ▪ Support partners to manage all aspects of the project cycle including planning, implementation, monitoring & evaluation. ▪ Work with partners to identify needs for technical support in relation to trachoma elimination estimates ▪ Ensure that project partners (Province and Local Governments) monitor case finder and outreach work and deliver high quality project deliverables on timely basis. 2. Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (30%) ▪ Ensure high quality and ethical MEL approaches are embedded in all interventions in the context of the project ▪ Support routine data collection, entry, cleaning, and storage are accordingly implemented with program needs and according to recommendations. ▪ Support partners on management of TT tracker and alignment with the physical data collection tools. ▪ Support cleaning of TT tracker data along with administrators. ▪ Collate data in the quarterly data collection TT sheet and provide report on implemented activities. 3. Partnership and Networking (20%) ▪ Build effective partner relationships and support longer term relationships that go beyond the duration of individual projects by disseminating information and advocating for Sightsavers work. ▪ Promote shared learning and collaboration between partners by facilitating partner networks and meetings. ▪ Liaise with partners supporting trachoma elimination to coordinate activities and produce the best expected outcomes. ▪ Support partners in production of reports and transition plans and full geographic maps to inform the country dossier preparation. 4.
