Over 30 years of experience advising governments in a broad range of fisheries management with emphasis on co-management and coastal resources management, and rural development, including wetlands management for a variety of development partners including ADB, FAO, Danida, WorldBank, EU, GTZ/GIZ, Mekong River Commission (MRC), and IADB working with and managing multi-skilled and multi-national project teams, at community, local, regional and international levels. 10 years working with MRC supporting sustainable fisheries management (based on the ecosystem approach) in coordination and cooperation with four countries: Cambodia, Laos, Thailand and Vietnam by promoting good governance and harmonization of regulatory frameworks.
