Resumo
- Implementation of best practices, effective procurement planning, systems of control and stock taking and cycle counts developed by the Workshop Admin Manager. - Performing the Stock Count of Main Stores at the request of Workshop Admin Manager; - Conducts weekly cycle counts as directed by the Workshop Admin Manager; - Make sure that health and safety measures are met; - Ensuring that all PO’s (Purchase Orders), GRV’s (Goods Received Vouchers), adjustments and Stock Returns are communicated in a timely fashion to the Workshop Admin Manager for approval - Assisting in the implementation of stores control systems and procedures; - Analyzing invoices to ensure accuracy of goods delivered Sending requests to procurement team (items below minimum stock level) Investigating and reporting any stock variances arising from day-to-day activities.
