Experience in Laboratory Management, data analysis, Laboratory Management information System. • Support the implementation of the country project plan and all CCE activities, ensuring alignment of all technical deliverables with key stakeholders requirements • Support and coordinate the implementation of the country vaccine handling and distribution plans and CCE assessment and maintenance activities-functioning at operational level and close follow up of daily programs and activities will ensure success • Supervise, coach and act as Subject Matter Expert in the areas of vaccines storage and distribution, cold chain equipment, utilities and auxiliaries operation and maintenance • Represent PLM CCE Subject Matter Expert in technical engagements and all in country, meetings, keeping updated on status off all technical deliverables, identifying potential risks to implementation plan, and working with internal PLM project team to identify and mitigate risks identified • Track progress of the project activities in close coordination with CCE Subject Matter Expert, Mozambique Country Manager and Project Manager • Communicate and report on the project performance progress, challenges and potential risks proactively and in a timely manner • Oversee day to day operations and implementation of all CCE activities, including follow up with PLM vendors, procurement support, data collection and reporting and coordination amongst partners to consolidate inputs to excuse PLM deliverables.
