Resumo

I hold a degree in Business Administration and Management from Instituto Superior Dom Bosco. Over the course of my career, I have gained extensive experience in various aspects of finance and human resources management. I have experience in processed and managed payroll for a workforce of over 150 employees. This includes tasks such as issuing invoices, preparing cash flow statements, conducting bank reconciliations, managing accounting entries, and generating financial reports. My dedication and competence were recognized when I was promoted to the position of Finance and HR Officer after just over two years as a Human Resources Assistant at HRCCL. During my tenure as a Human Resources Assistant, I handled Recruitment and Selection processes, drafted employment contracts and addenda, registered new employees with the INSS and Ministry of Labor, and managed enrollment in mandatory insurance for workplace accidents and occupational diseases. Additionally, I was responsible for developing the vacation plan, maintaining the nominal employee list, and conducting Human Resources Audits. One of my significant achievements was my involvement in the implementation of Quickbooks software, which resulted in a substantial reduction in the processing time of our accounting information. This initiative greatly streamlined our financial operations and improved overall efficiency. I am eager to bring my diverse skills and proven track record to contribute to new challenges and opportunities.
