I am a young Mozambican citizen and I have vast experience (more than 10 years) in project management (including projects in poor communities), adult training (farmers and others), leading and mentoring field agents, developing business plans, developing and managing contracts for grants in poor communities, and managing partnerships with private sector and other agribusiness players such as the Government of Mozambique (in particular the Ministry of Agriculture). My main technical expertise areas are: Agricultural economics, MSD, Output Markets, Mobile agriculture solutions, Rural Micro Finance, Agronomic and Imputs Sales. I have extensive knowledge of the Nacala Corridor and the Zambezi Valley, and the main organization worked and donor project supported are: TechnoServe, DAI, Norges Vel, USAID, Millennium Challenge Account, Grupo Madal. The main position I have occupied in this organizations are deputy team leader, project manager and output marketing manager. In these regions I have strategic contacts both at the private sector level (importers of inputs, banks, agro-dealers, producers, consultants and educational institutions) and at the public sector level (such as DPASA, SDAE), as well as development agencies. I have a degree in agronomy from a university in Brazil (where I was the second best student of the course) and I have some MBAs in the area of business and project management. And right now to broaden my knowledge I am studying for a Master's degree in Agribusiness. I am dynamic, I like to work in competitive teams and in environments with cultural diversity. I am looking for new job opportunities Regards, Idelson
