Resumo
As an employee of INGD, he performed many functions, of which the following stand out: Head of the Secretariat; Head of the Human Resources Section; Warehouse Clerk; District Delegate; Collaborator in the Planning Sectors (Prior Notice, Administration and Advisory); and as head of the Provincial technical department. Broadly speaking, the candidate, during the exercise of his functions as listed, carried out initiatives and actively participated in the activities of awareness-raising, evacuation operations, compulsory removal, resettlement and humanitarian assistance of the population's victims of the floods, floods and cyclones that occurred in the years 2000 and 2013, in the districts of Xai-Xai, Limpopo, , Chongoene, Chokwe, Guija and Chibuto, Mabalane, Mapai, Chicualacuala, Massangena and Chigubo, the last 5 districts were affected by the floods. He was an integral part of the Severe Drought Assessment Missions, which took place in 2014 and 2015 in the arid and semi-arid districts of Gaza Province. The Assessment Missions were led by the Technical Secretariat for Food and Nutrition Security (SETSAN), as well as other humanitarian assistance missions under the auspices of the World Food Programme (WFP) and World Vision. Created and trained several Local Disaster Risk Management Committees at INGD and at the invitation of cooperation partners. The creation of Local Disaster Risk Management Committees (CLGRD's) took place in all 14 districts that make up Gaza Province.
