Team Leader at NCRP UNOPS in the districts of Chiure and Ancuabe - Cabo Delgado As head of the UNOPS office in the Chiure and Ancuabe District and 3 employees to guarantee stakeholder engagement activities at local level, to create and maintain a close working relationship with all stakeholders and lead the sustainability Social Cohesion implementing partner team; Ensure that all contractors are competent and fully knowledgeable of Project; Manage risks related to the development of the project; Comply with requirements of Safety, Health, and Environmental laws of the World Bank donor; Obey the Company Policy on Safety, Health and Environment and aim at achieving the Company's HSE strategic objectives; coordinating multiple stakeholders; As supervisor and coordinator of 5 implementing partners (IP) of Coesão Social in the district of Chiúre and another 5 in the district of Ancuabe, who assist the resettlement centres for people displaced by terrorism in Cabo Delgado and the host communities; As the person responsible for overseeing the implementation of the NCRP in 3 communities in Chiure (Meculane, Chiure Velho and Marrupa) and 2 in Ancuabe (Nangumi and Marrocane) ____________________________________________________________ 03/2021 to 02/2022 Project Assistant for Peacebuilding and Conflict Resilience Project (CRP) at IOM-Cabo Delgado As a focal point for protection against sexual abuse and exploitation (PSEA) within the CRP; As assistant coordinator of training courses to strengthen Civil Society Organisations (CSOs); As head of 9 communities in 3 districts, promoting community dialogues for peace; As focal point for 3 districts, responsible for training in community-based planning and mapping of services for the design of self-employment and community development projects. Organization of meetings and training and coordination with the
