Contribute to shaping, executing, and overseeing national HR policies for the mission; Supervise national staff administration and salary management, ensuring organizational consistency; Provide recruitment and training for all employees and promote career development; Participate in internal communication and in the sustainability of professional relations with external partners; Update the HR database and tools on a daily basis; Manage the Human Resources team and staff in Pemba, Macomia and Mueda.
