Resumo
I have at least 4 years of experience in accounting, I work as an Accounting Officer at a humanitarian International organization, my role include; • Financial/Accounting tasks - Make day-to-day payments (bank transfers – internet banking/cheques); Withdraw money and make deposit at the bank; make monthly bank reconciliation for expenditures; Encoding accounting entries; Support the completion monthly financial reports; manage the safe box, etc; • Administrative tasks - Make budget requests and Expense Voucher; Prosecute salary for staff and pay taxes at government institution; translate documents from Portuguese to English; Record expenditures, etc; • Logistics – Purchase office material; Handling communications with supplier; etc In addition to my experience, I have basic knowledge on using Quickbook accounting software, I have strong communication customer service and secretarial skills administrative and logistics. Moreover I am proficient in using various software’s such as Microsoft Office, Emails, Internet, etc. I speak fluently English.
