May name is Fernando Joao de Castro, I hereby present my candidacy I have a Master's degree in Public Health and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, I have more than 8 years of experience in Coordination, Monitoring and Evaluation of Health Programs I have high experience in the Strategic Management of Health Projects teams in the Prevention of HIV-AIDS, TB, GENDAR GBV, MALARIA, Nutrition, including Education, Girls' Empowerment, through Demand Generation, Disclosure and Dissemination of key messages, and reinforcement Community Reference Services, and key, vulnerable and high-risk groups; I have extensive experience working with NGO`s and Health Partners that receive external funding to support MISAU in Mozambique; Advocate with the Provincial Government and partners in the implementation of actions against HIV AIDS, MALARIA, and other Stockolders I am highly proficient in using MS Word, MS Excel Advanced, PowerPoint, Outlook, I have high proficiency in using SISMA, DHIS2, OPENMRS, DLT, SUR, Kobo database systems.... I have high command of Coordination and Administrative Management with leaders and focal points of technical areas I have high experience in preparing Narrative Activity Reports and submitting them within deadlines to Donors, (Reports, Monthly, Quarterly -COP1, COP2, COP3 and COP4) I have extensive experience in monitoring the Action Plans of Technical teams Establish safe and healthy communication between the Project and the local government Carry out training and technical support visits and monitoring and evaluation of field teams I am dynamic, versatile and committed I have a high level of professional technical competence within the project mission I want to increase my professional career My availability is immediate
