Has 11 years of experience in the management, coordination of integrated projects financed by the Government of Mozambique, the World Bank and the Dutch Government (Vitens), highlight the construction of small water supply systems, construction of boreholes. Expert in water supply systems, water quality management, integrated management of surface and groundwater resources as well as catchment and health of the aquatic ecosystem acquired in the Master´s Degree Program in Water Resources Management. Good experience in applying GPS and GIS for production of maps and remote sensing. Construction of Small Water Supply System in the village of Deguè, Tete, funded by “Water For Life”. Has experience in applying the World Bank rules and procedures of procurement. Has a lot of experience in procurement for Goods and Non-Consulting Services, Works and Consultant Services with the previous World Bank procurement guidelines procedures and now with the new Procurement Regulations of July 2016. Conducted feasibility studies for construction and implementation of small water system around Mozambique.
