Job Overview - Maintain administration office supplies by checking stock to determine inventory level and anticipating needed supplies by placing orders together with the procurement department, verifying receipt of supplies and monitoring distribution of materials to the Dispatch Clerk; - Management of Dispatch Clerk by monitoring their daily operation and secure their daily job on-site and off-site); distribution procedures plan and Link- Mobile supervision and control of documentation management ( Road consignment Note, Delivery Note, Prof od deliver, Truck inspections for our records); - Implement transporters operation performance in line with SLA and tracking system reports and transporters training for excellent operation results and their evaluation; - Making travel arrangements, such as distribution plan according to Perdiem and accommodation allowance for the staff; - Implement and Evaluate supplier evaluation program; - Human Recourse assistance and other administrative act; Human Resources Assistant
