
✓ Develop computer information resources, including data security, access and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery; ✓ Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of the I.T. infrastructure environment, including but not limited to servers, desktops/laptops, LAN/WAN, phones, hardware, software, and peripherals; ✓ Protect networks from unauthorized users through physical and technical means; ✓ Set up and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide-area networks (WAN), virtual private networks (VPN), point-to-point connections, as well as external carrier connectivity; ✓ Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses; ✓ Maintain and monitor the I.T. infrastructure environment to ensure minimal interruption and maximum productivity; ✓ Assist in managing the financial aspects of the I.T. department, including purchasing, budgeting, and budget review; ✓ Plan and monitor information technology key performance indicators; ✓ Evaluate company’s adherence to Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) standards and fix areas that are not compliant; ✓ Assist management in creating training materials pertaining to computer troubleshooting and usage; ✓ Engage and oversee the monitoring, analysis and management of server and workstation health, including review of system logs, disk space utilization, processor and memory utilization as well as patch, backup, and threat and vulnerability defense
