Resumo
As a graduate in Environmental Engineering and Disaster Management from Universidade Técnica de Moçambique, I have developed a deep passion for environmental sustainability and resilience, which I apply daily in both my personal and professional life. While my career has not been directly focused on these fields, my commitment to them drives my approach to every project I engage in. Currently, I work as an Operations Analyst at DP World Maputo, where I focus on optimizing operations and improving processes, always with an emphasis on environmental and social responsibility, as well as customer satisfaction. My experience in social and environmental projects, small-scale sales, and HSE management has shaped my holistic view of the importance of balancing industry and sustainability. Leveraging a proactive, results-driven mindset, I combine strong computer skills with an adaptive approach to emerging information technologies, including apps and systems, to drive efficiency and innovation. With an advanced level of English from the Maputo Language Institute, I excel in problem-solving, teamwork, and practical work, always striving to enhance processes and outcomes. My commitment extends beyond my professional duties, as I actively engage in volunteering and contribute to improvement and social projects (ESG).
