Resumo
I am an Economist and a Business Admin professional with a Master of Commerce Degree in Financial Economics, a Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA), and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Business Management and Economics. I am also a Botswana Qualifications Authority accredited trainer, assessor, and moderator in the field of finance and economics. I have over 11 years of cumulative work experience in different organizations, where I have worked as a Lecturer and an Accreditation Expert. I have garnered experience in the lecturing profession ranging from classroom management, designing, and managing academic assessments, supervising students’ research projects, mentoring, supervising students and curriculum development, corporate training, and study material development. I have led a number of corporate trainings ranging from smart selling to team building. I am passionate about research and currently published 8 research papers, attended two research conferences, and currently pursuing a Mphil/PhD Economics at the University of Botswana.
