I have a great track of experience in the field of human development, having actively participated both in collaborations with international organizations and NGOs and in volunteer works. My specialty is private sector development, with a particular focus on promoting the inclusion and women economic empowerment, as well as cultivating youth leadership for greater employability. My academic background includes a postgraduate degree/MBA in People strategic management and results from University of Campinas in São Paulo, Brazil. In addition, I have a degree in Economics and Management from the Catholic University of Mozambique in Nampula. Driven by a deep interest in continuous improvement, I am committed to honing my professional and personal skills, with the constant aim of making a positive impact on communities.
