I worked recently as a Travel and Conference specialist and developed other responsibilities as an Organizational psychology in HR during the last 2 years of pandemic, I have a huge experience in HR And Administration, I worked 4 years as a HR and Payroll Manager with conscientious knowledge in range of changes in responsibilities and priorities. responsible for recruitment, integration and career development, performance analysis, compensation and benefits and employee relations, among other tasks. Knowledge and mastery of Mozambique Labor Law and related Legislations, payroll management, with extensive experience in administration of tax issues, especially in all Mozambican legislations.
