Property Mgr - Jan 2014 – 2019 Since 2014 I my activities focus on construction, raze & rebuild, upgrade, maintenance, withdraw and developing entire network of the sales units. Current network has 21 retail sites (2 new streamed this year). Plan total network 30 retail sites for beginning of next year. My role covers : Property identification, acquisition and development Assist the implementation of the retail and commercial strategy through property opportunity identification; development of new sites (new/rebuild/upgrades) & management of security of tenure to achieve Retail and commercial performance 2008 – Jan 2014 - Retail Mgr - (Network and Property) My role as Retail Mgr (Cumulative Network and Property) – covered all business existent and new projects fuels outlets of Engen company. In 4 years the team developed 6 new sites, also withdraw and transferred other 8 sites and grow two times the main keys business indicators. The team developed 17 retail outlets over the country. Network Mgr To grow and maintain the retail network to ensure sustained volume growth, profitability and compliance to standards (Retail and HSEQ) in line with the business’s overall strategy and objectives 2005 – 2008 - MD (Property/Portfolio & Project Mgr ) With role as a MD of Network Developer complete the survey of Maputo – Beira Retail fuels sites markets. Jointly support and completed the Maputo & Beira Rollout market plan for 5 years. As a Project Mgr as was involved in the evaluation, negotiation process and legal issues transference of the divested BP Retail sites 1982-1992 - Chief Technician/Representative - Deputy Sales Mgr - Sales Mgr I was responsible for mechanical standards, machinery control, maintenance planning, sales promotions as well as staff supervision, facilitation methodologies and product knowledge. I was in charge of a farming project comprising of 65 tractors to cover 2000 hectares with 108 staff.
