Mr. Mahangue brings over 20 years of technical and management experience in several organizations in various areas of community program development such as an Environmental management and Conservation, Conservation Agriculture, Food Security and Livelihoods, Environmental Education, Education, Early Childhood Care and Development, Health, Nutrition, HIV/AIDS, SRHR (Adolescents and Youth), Community Mobilization and Participation, Gender Equity, Social Behaviour Change and Communication (SBCC), Fund raising, Advocacy, Networking, Organizational Representation, Sponsorship Program, Child Protection and Psychosocial Support, GBV, WASH, Emergency, Business Management, Income Generation (Saving and Loans), OVC focusing on care and supporting younger children, adolescents girls and younger women (AGYW), and caregivers infected and affected by HIV/AIDS living in the communities through establishing coordination between different Government Institutions from ANAC, MISAU, MGCAS, MINEDH, MADER both represented in Provincial, district, local levels, and also in the Communities structures to address needs for the targeted people and ensuring environmental biodiversity conservation. Mr. Mahangue is a skilled program manager with experience in identification, preparation, inception phase, program/project planning, program implementation, program monitoring and evaluation, data quality assessment, indicator performance analysis, expenditure verification, writing programmatic and financial reports, communication, grants management, HR team management (Leadership, performance evaluation), programme delivery, timelines reporting, and provision technical support, leadership, capacity building and provide training for government, INGOs/NGOs, CSOs, and CBOs partners. He brings a wealth of experience in establishing effective working relationships with donors and government Institutions at International, national, provincial and district levels.
