Resumo
My name is Hélio Tiago da Conceição Guiliche and I am Philosopher by training and Public Policy Advisor with concentration in governance and development field. I have more than 10 years of professional experience divided in 3 main fields - higher education research, Protocol&Cooperation and International NGO work with focus in Advocacy&Influencing, capacity development, civic space. I have worked at OXFAM NOVIB in Mozambique as Southern Africa Extractives Industries Regional Coordinator in the ANCP Project and during the period between 2018 and 2021 worked as Advocacy and Influencing Program Officer in the AGIR-AC Program. Hélio was also responsible for Governance Thematic area at OXFAM, where articulates several issues related with the strategic pilar inside the country as well as on the confederation. The main areas of intervention were advocacy on public debt advocacy and civic space influencing process. From 2009 to 2018 I collaborated as lecturer and researcher at the University of Saint Thomas of Mozambique. I coordinated the International Relations Department and headed the Protocol and Cooperation Office where was responsible for the Internal and External Relations as well as communication and marketing strategy within the University. I have written several opinion articles and position papers for a national newspapers and magazines. I have solid experience and proved competences in organizing media packages (policy briefs, internal and external communications, web pages visibility, organizing and moderating high level seminars, conferences, press conferences, master classes, symposiums and other corporative events due to the positive exposition and learning received as Protocol and Cooperation Officer. Apart from all above mentioned I am very ethical, gender approach and human rights oriented in all activities I pursue.
